Don't buy into their guarantee of warranty. While I trust a lot of people come out of this shop satisfied, my experience was one of extremely poor customer service. I went in for a simple screen repair, and came out with what Apple called 'irreparable damage'. I was disappointed that Tech Masters tried to blame the resultant damage on me, and even more so that they could not hold up their end on a verbal agreement for a refund. As my £90 screen repair did not repair anything and in fact broke my phone, I was told to come back for a refund if they could not fix it. They tried to assure me they did not cause the damage, but it was working well until I picked it up. Once Apple had seen it (Tech Masters told me to go to them in the end), they gave me a new phone for free and told me not to go to these sort of places for repairs. IT Tech Masters then refused a refund. I have no idea what the warranty was for, but they were adamant I got my repair and refused me once I came back for it. Disappointed, especially as they held my phone for a week and told me I was 'too inexperienced' to contest what they were saying. A bad time.
